{"id":1229,"date":"2026-07-05T18:08:42","date_gmt":"2026-07-05T17:08:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ugttec.es\/?p=1229"},"modified":"2026-07-06T17:16:20","modified_gmt":"2026-07-06T16:16:20","slug":"__trashed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ugttec.es\/index.php\/2026\/07\/05\/__trashed\/","title":{"rendered":"Reuni\u00f3n extraordinaria RSE &#8211; Negociaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n 30\/06\/2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">La segunda parte de la reuni\u00f3n del <strong>pasado d\u00eda 30 de junio<\/strong> estaba agendada para abordar el bloque de <strong>TELETRABAJO<\/strong> en el marco de la negociaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Y en un nuevo giro de gui\u00f3n, Direcci\u00f3n nos avanz\u00f3 su <strong>nueva propuesta<\/strong> acerca del<strong> Plus de Insularidad<\/strong>, que desde <mark style=\"color: #cf2e2e;background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>UGT <\/strong><\/mark>venimos reclamando a nivel territorial desde hace a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras la propuesta inicial de Direcci\u00f3n hace dos semanas de un \u00abcomplemento de residencia\u00bb para atraer  personal para desplazarse temporalmente a determinados territorios, desde <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>UGT <\/strong><\/mark>reclamamos que <strong>se implante un complemento para todas las personas trabajadoras <\/strong>de los territorios que actualmente tienen reconocida su singularidad (Ceuta y Melilla) o la insularidad de Baleares y Canarias.&nbsp;El problema no afecta \u00fanicamente a quien viene de fuera; afecta a las personas que ya trabajan, viven y desarrollan su actividad profesional en estos territorios y que soportan <strong>sobrecostes por esta realidad territorial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con los datos aportados por <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">UGT <\/mark><\/strong>en la reunion anterior y nuestra negativa a aceptar la propuesta inicial, Direcci\u00f3n nos ha puesto encima de la mesa una <strong>nueva propuesta<\/strong> <strong>del plus de insularidad<\/strong>, esta vez de aplicaci\u00f3n a todo el personal de Tragsatec en las islas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La propuesta garantiza un <strong>salario m\u00ednimo<\/strong> a partir de las tablas de convenio y plus convenio mediante el abono de un plus de insularidad de <strong>2520 euros anuales para todo el personal,<\/strong> estableciendo una <strong>subida salarial directa en todos los niveles retributivos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A modo de <strong>ejemplo<\/strong>, una persona de nivel 1 que deber\u00eda cobrar 31.928.94 euros por convenio, pasar\u00eda a cobrar 34.448.94 euros anuales, independientemente de su antig\u00fcedad hasta el segundo trienio, que superar\u00eda ese importe y ya si, una parte de su salario ver\u00eda reflejada la antig\u00fcedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Desde <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>UGT <\/strong><\/mark>valoramos de forma positiva que la nueva propuesta de Direcci\u00f3n incluya a todo el personal de Tragsatec desplazado a la islas, si bien tendremos que esperar a ver la propuesta completa para su valoraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">A priori, de nuevo <strong>Direcci\u00f3n mezcla \u00abchurras con merinas\u00bb<\/strong> y establece un plus de insularidad que absorbe la antig\u00fcedad de la persona trabajadora los 2 primeros trienios. No estamos de acuerdo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\">TELETRABAJO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">En la reuni\u00f3n del d\u00eda 30, estaba previsto revisar todas las propuestas acerca del nuevo Reglamento de Teletrabajo en Tragsatec  y establecer puntos de consenso entre la parte social y Direcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Por el contrario, la propuesta de Direcci\u00f3n para sentarnos a hablar de teletrabajo es clara: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>En Tragsatec, <\/strong>l<strong>a compensaci\u00f3n de gastos por Teletrabajo es incompatible con cualquier ayuda o plus relacionado con la prestaci\u00f3n de la jornada en oficina, es decir, con el devengo de ticket restaurante.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La propuesta de Direcci\u00f3n pasa por transformar el actual Trabajo a Distancia por Ahorro Energ\u00e9tico (TDAE) en Teletrabajo y, en referencia al XX Convenio de Ingenier\u00edas, establecer una <strong>compensaci\u00f3n de d\u00eda completo de m\u00ednimo 1 euro<\/strong>, barajando el abono  de 3,5 euros diarios por cada jornada completa de teletrabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-medium-font-size is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Llegados a este punto, y se mire por donde se mire, el <strong>objetivo de Direcci\u00f3n, <\/strong>esta vez tras directrices de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Costes<strong>, es eliminar el ticket restaurante. Una medida de ahorro estrella de cara a cualquier mejora del Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de barajar la posibilidad de continuar con nuestro actual TDAE y dejar la negociaci\u00f3n de un futuro Acuerdo de Teletrabajo para m\u00e1s adelante, para <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>UGT <\/strong><\/mark>la cuesti\u00f3n principal es otra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras m\u00e1s dos a\u00f1os de \u00abconversaciones informales\u00bb, m\u00e1s de 20 reuniones y cientos de horas planteando y debatiendo propuestas, seguimos en el <strong>mismo punto de partida.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo \u00fanico que Direcci\u00f3n pone encima de la mesa, en el mejor de los casos,  es un <strong>\u00absi, pero&#8230;\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Seguimos esperando una autorizaci\u00f3n de SEPI que no llega nunca, a unas l\u00edneas de negociaci\u00f3n de un futuro Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n que desconocemos, con la amenaza de medidas de ahorro planeando de forma constante, pese a los millones de beneficios que Tragsatec genera a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y ahora, una vez finalizada la segunda vuelta de estas \u00abconversaciones informales\u00bb, queda esperar a que Direcci\u00f3n nos env\u00ede su documento de propuesta definitivo para ver cual es el siguiente paso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Desde <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">UGT <\/mark>tambi\u00e9n seguimos en el mismo punto de partida.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8defbf1cbb3281c3a6a3a8cfdace97ee wp-block-paragraph\">Esta es nuestra <strong>\u00fanica oportunidad<\/strong> de mejorar y regular las condiciones de trabajo de las personas trabajadoras de  Tragsatec. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d4e13610e67b2b3a2a7789393927c2a4 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Para <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">UGT<\/mark>, la <u>negociaci\u00f3n de un Nuevo Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n<\/u> tiene que servir para <u>mejorar las condiciones laborales y resolver los problemas del PRESENTE<\/u>, pero tambi\u00e9n para:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6c02e71222306ea23e5c11ccc47f6515 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">\u00a1CONSTRUIR LA TRAGSATEC DEL FUTURO!<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-link-color wp-elements-3e5ef7626c7a2246154799266f355216 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Desde <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">UGT <\/mark>seguiremos trabajando, empujando y exigiendo mejoras reales para las personas trabajadoras de Tragsatec. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-f822d951c0bd28cd444b81cff3945197 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a1\u00a1EL MOMENTO ES AHORA!!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-52dccaa65c7a70879942c8b75399ae66 wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-52dccaa65c7a70879942c8b75399ae66 wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La segunda parte de la reuni\u00f3n del pasado d\u00eda 30 estaba agendada para abordar el bloque de TELETRABAJO en el marco de la negociaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n.
