{"id":195,"date":"2023-06-08T21:41:50","date_gmt":"2023-06-08T21:41:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ugttec.es\/?p=195"},"modified":"2023-07-04T20:57:58","modified_gmt":"2023-07-04T20:57:58","slug":"firmado-acuerdo-sobre-incremento-retributivo-del-ano-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ugttec.es\/index.php\/2023\/06\/08\/firmado-acuerdo-sobre-incremento-retributivo-del-ano-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"FIRMADO ACUERDO SOBRE INCREMENTO\u00a0RETRIBUTIVO DEL A\u00d1O 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>UGT Tragsatec<\/strong> ha firmado el <strong>Acuerdo Colectivo sobre Incremento Retributivo del a\u00f1o 2023<\/strong>. Con la firma de este acuerdo se ratifica la actualizaci\u00f3n salarial del 2,5 %, reflejada en la Ley de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para el a\u00f1o 2023 (LPGE), que se <strong>aplicar\u00e1 de forma homog\u00e9nea a todas las personas trabajadoras de Tragsatec<\/strong> <strong>con independencia del convenio colectivo, acuerdo o norma legal que resulte de aplicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como sabes, las <strong>actualizaciones salariales en Tragsatec<\/strong>, como empresa p\u00fablica, se encuentran <strong>sometidas a la Ley de Presupuestos Generales del Estado<\/strong> y a las limitaciones de incremento en la masa salarial.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo que con este acuerdo se viene a ratificar la actualizaci\u00f3n salarial de <strong>aplicaci\u00f3n desde el 1 de enero 2023 y que lleva en nuestras n\u00f3minas desde entonces<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respecto a la aplicaci\u00f3n del incremento retributivo, se han establecido 3 criterios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal sujeto al <strong>Convenio Colectivo de Ingenier\u00eda<\/strong>: <strong>incremento fijo de 2,5%<\/strong>.<br>En los conceptos \u201c<strong>Complemento de mejora de convenio<\/strong>\u201d y \u201c<strong>Antig\u00fcedad mejora<\/strong>\u201d, se recoge el diferencial entre el incremento salarial del Convenio Colectivo de Ingenier\u00eda y la LPGE. Este a\u00f1o las sucesivas subidas salariales de la LPGE han sido superiores a la correspondiente al convenio sectorial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal sujeto al <strong>Estatuto de los Trabajadores<\/strong>: <strong>incremento fijo de 2,5%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal sujeto al <strong>resto de convenios<\/strong> de aplicaci\u00f3n en Tragsatec: con 3 reglas:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si el <strong>incremento de Convenio Colectivo es inferior al 2,5%<\/strong> establecido por la LPGE, <strong>se revisar\u00e1n al alza hasta el 2,5%<\/strong> de la LPGRE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si <strong>no hay incremento en Convenio Colectivo<\/strong>, <strong>se revisar\u00e1 al 2,5%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si el <strong>incremento de Convenio Colectivo es superior al 2,5%<\/strong> establecido por la LPGE, <strong>se limitar\u00e1 la subida al 2,5%<\/strong> m\u00e1ximo legal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Los incrementos salariales que puedan determinarse en los distintos convenios, ser\u00e1n compensados y absorbidos de los complementos de mejora de convenio acordados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque los importes fijados para dietas, kilometraje o acci\u00f3n social, tales como los tiques restaurante o las aportaciones al FAS no se vean afectados por estos incrementos establecidos por la LPGE, desde <strong>UGT<\/strong> seguimos trabajando para conseguir su incremento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UGT Tragsatec ha firmado el Acuerdo Colectivo sobre Incremento Retributivo del a\u00f1o 2023.
