REUNI\u00d3N 21 DE ENERO DE 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">pasado martes 21 de enero se celebr\u00f3 la primera de una serie de reuniones que tienen como objetivo la actualizaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n<\/span>. A lo largo de los pr\u00f3ximos meses, trataremos todos los temas que recoge el actual Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n, pero tambi\u00e9n, a <strong>propuesta de <\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>UGT<\/strong> <\/mark>y el resto de sindicatos, se a\u00f1adir\u00e1n como puntos a tratar otros aspectos laborales que consideramos importantes (algunos ya vigentes en Tragsatec, otros no) y no est\u00e1n incluidos en el documento del Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n como puede ser el teletrabajo, \u00e1mbito subjetivo, promoci\u00f3n interna, cobertura de vacantes o carrera profesional entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>El martes comenzamos estas conversaciones valorando y analizando las propuestas de todas las partes, empezando por los <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">art\u00edculos 4 y 5 del Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n<\/span> referentes a<strong> jornada y vacaciones.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-100\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-vivid-red-background-color has-background wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1jn7ohycI2uX0KvDLL-NuR1OP_MIflsbi\/view?usp=sharing\"><strong>\u00a1Pulsa aqu\u00ed para leer el informa de la reuni\u00f3n!<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado martes 21 de enero se celebr\u00f3 la primera de una serie de reuniones que tienen como objetivo la actualizaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n.
