{"id":454,"date":"2026-05-21T11:55:55","date_gmt":"2026-05-21T11:55:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ugttec.es\/?p=454"},"modified":"2026-05-22T10:03:16","modified_gmt":"2026-05-22T09:03:16","slug":"acuerdo-historico-para-empleads-del-sector-publico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ugttec.es\/index.php\/2026\/05\/21\/acuerdo-historico-para-empleads-del-sector-publico\/","title":{"rendered":"ACUERDO HISTORICO PARA EMPLEAD@S DEL SECTOR PUBLICO 02\/12\/2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Desde <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">UGT <\/mark><\/strong>hemos estado <strong>en primera l\u00ednea de la negociaci\u00f3n<\/strong> del acuerdo alcanzado con el Gobierno para mejorar las condiciones salariales y laborales de m\u00e1s de <strong>3,5 millones de empleados y empleadas p\u00fablicos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Este pacto no solo refuerza el poder adquisitivo, sino que tambi\u00e9n introduce mejoras que, por nuestra condici\u00f3n de <strong>empresa p\u00fablica<\/strong>, son referencia para Tragsatec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hemos conseguido para los empleados y empleadas p\u00fablicos?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Subida salarial acumulada del 11% hasta 2028, aplicaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n en TRAGSATEC<\/strong>\n<ul style=\"font-size:18px\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2025:<\/strong> +2,5% (retroactivo desde el 1 de enero, se abonar\u00e1 en diciembre).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2026:<\/strong> +1,5% fijo (+0,5% adicional si el IPC \u2265 1,5%).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2027:<\/strong> +4,5%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2028:<\/strong>+2%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Total: 11,4% con efecto arrastre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Eliminaci\u00f3n de la tasa de reposici\u00f3n<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refuerzo de plantillas y reducci\u00f3n de la temporalidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Desbloqueo de la jornada de 35 horas y regulaci\u00f3n del teletrabajo<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00e1s conciliaci\u00f3n y flexibilidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Mejoras en procesos selectivos y promoci\u00f3n interna<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oposiciones m\u00e1s \u00e1giles y carrera profesional real.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Revisi\u00f3n de complementos de residencia e insularidad en 2026<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Para garantizar equidad territorial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Medidas de igualdad, salud laboral y conciliaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refuerzo del mutualismo administrativo y protecci\u00f3n frente a agresiones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-22d8e436494c18809270359aaa6de834 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong>\u00bf Qu\u00e9 implica el acuerdo para Tragsatec?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Importante recordar que, por nuestra naturaleza de <strong>empresa p\u00fablica<\/strong>, Tragsatec se rige por:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Estatuto de los Trabajadores<\/strong> (derechos b\u00e1sicos, jornada, permisos).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Convenio Sectorial de Ingenier\u00edas<\/strong> (jornada anual, vacaciones, teletrabajo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, que regula condiciones espec\u00edficas sobre jornada, permisos, vacaciones, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Este acuerdo llega en el mejor momento para Tragsatec<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Ma\u00f1ana tenemos una nueva reuni\u00f3n de Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n&nbsp;
