{"id":495,"date":"2026-05-21T15:20:23","date_gmt":"2026-05-21T14:20:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ugttec.es\/?p=495"},"modified":"2026-05-21T16:13:47","modified_gmt":"2026-05-21T15:13:47","slug":"negociaciones-en-marcha-18-02-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ugttec.es\/index.php\/2026\/05\/21\/negociaciones-en-marcha-18-02-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"NEGOCIACIONES EN MARCHA 18\/02\/2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a1Exigimos avances YA!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">UGT<\/mark><\/strong> de Tragsatec empezamos 2026 con un cierto optimismo gracias a varias noticias laborales relevantes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Actualizaciones salariales en Tragsatec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avances hacia la jornada de 35 horas en la AGE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reciente subida del SMI.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero a medida que han ido pasando las semanas, el optimismo se est\u00e1 convirtiendo en preocupaci\u00f3n. El contexto nacional e internacional no ayuda: el auge mundial de movimientos reaccionarios y de pol\u00edticas que pretenden recrear los peores momentos de siglo pasado, tanto en lo social como en <a href=\"https:\/\/ugt.es\/ugt-expresa-su-solidaridad-con-la-clase-trabajadora-argentina-ante-la-ley-de-modernizacion-laboral\">lo laboral<\/a>, nos obliga a mantenernos alerta para combatir cualquier intento de involuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este escenario, os contamos en qu\u00e9 punto est\u00e1n los tres frentes de negociaci\u00f3n que afectan directamente a la plantilla de Tragsatec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-99f5fad8f2ced9551cee1733c5040072 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Negociaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n de Tragsatec<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ma\u00f1ana volvemos a sentarnos con la Direcci\u00f3n en una nueva ronda de \u201cconversaciones informales\u201d. Y s\u00ed, el orden del d\u00eda vuelve a ser el mismo: <strong>Jornada, permisos y vacaciones<\/strong>, Abrimos el calendario de \u201cconversaciones\u201d igual que lo cerramos, con dos meses de diferencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>Tenemos la sensaci\u00f3n de estar atrapados en un bucle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reuni\u00f3n tras reuni\u00f3n, \u201cconversaci\u00f3n\u201d tras \u201cconversaci\u00f3n\u201d, sin hoja de ruta, sin avances y, lo que nos parece m\u00e1s grave, &nbsp;sin una intenci\u00f3n clara por parte de RRHH de negociar de verdad. Ya hemos pasado y revisado todos los puntos. Toca dejar de marear la perdiz y empezar a cerrar acuerdos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>UGT<\/strong> <\/mark><strong>lo hemos dicho desde el principio: estamos aqu\u00ed para resolver los problemas del presente y para avanzar en mejoras y derechos de futuro para la plantilla.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero la Direcci\u00f3n sigue sin aclarar qu\u00e9 quiere, qu\u00e9 propone y hasta d\u00f3nde est\u00e1 dispuesta a llegar. Su falta de ambici\u00f3n y su estrategia de alargar el proceso hasta el infinito solo reflejan una cosa: est\u00e1n muy c\u00f3modos tal y como est\u00e1n las cosas. Mientras dure el ciclo de crecimiento econ\u00f3mico, seguir\u00e1n colg\u00e1ndose medallas, sacando pecho de beneficios r\u00e9cord y escondi\u00e9ndose detr\u00e1s de \u201cl\u00edmites legales\u201d para no aplicar mejoras\u2026 o , en el mejor de los casos, aplicarlas de forma testimonial y continuar sin reconocer el esfuerzo que estamos realizando las personas trabajadoras de Tragsatec en estos a\u00f1os de crecimiento hist\u00f3rico, en muchos casos con sobrecarga laboral tambi\u00e9n hist\u00f3rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Es hora de que la Direcci\u00f3n se arremangue y se ponga en serio a negociar un Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n a la altura de lo que merecemos las personas trabajadoras de Tragsatec.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-aebfdc3cd9a0a3a872e3e96b74f1ef66 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Negociaci\u00f3n del Convenio Colectivo Nacional de Ingenier\u00edas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al otro lado de la mesa de negociaci\u00f3n del XXI Convenio Colectivo Nacional de Ingenier\u00eda se encuentra la patronal del sector, <strong>Tecniberia<\/strong>, que se ha <strong>enrocado en la estrategia del NO A TODO<\/strong>. Su negocio es continuar con la precarizaci\u00f3n del sector: bloqueando mejoras salariales reales, manteniendo salarios pegados al SMI y planteamientos que nos llevan a la p\u00e9rdida de poder adquisitivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se niegan a abordar una reordenaci\u00f3n real de las tablas salariales, perpetuando un modelo que empuja a todos los niveles hacia el SMI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No reconocen ni valoran adecuadamente la cualificaci\u00f3n, el trabajo, ni la responsabilidad de los distintos niveles profesionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>UGT<\/strong> <\/mark><strong>no vamos a aceptar un convenio que consolide la precarizaci\u00f3n salarial ni la devaluaci\u00f3n profesional del sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sin salarios dignos no hay convenio: la patronal fuerza el conflicto en ingenier\u00edas<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-3e41869c wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-white-color has-vivid-red-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-element-button\">ACCEDE A LA \u00daLTIMA NOTICIA DEL CONVENIO <\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:1px\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Negociaci\u00f3n de las 35 horas semanales en la AGE<\/mark><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">Y en el \u00e1mbito de las Administraciones P\u00fablicas, seguimos pendientes de qu\u00e9 va a pasar con un asunto\u00a0clave para Tragsatec: la implantaci\u00f3n de la jornada de 35 horas en la AGE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como os contamos, esta medida forma parte del Acuerdo Marco para una Administraci\u00f3n del Siglo XXI, firmado por <strong>UGT<\/strong>. Las <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Secciones Sindicales de UGT en Tragsatec y Tragsa<\/mark><\/strong> hemos pedido que nuestras empresas, junto con el resto de sociedades mercantiles estatales queden incluidos en este acuerdo\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Continuamos pendientes del resultado de las negociaciones&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">Tenemos tres procesos abiertos, tres frentes que afectan directamente a nuestras condiciones laborales y a nuestro futuro: Ya va siendo hora de decir basta a la comodidad de la Direcci\u00f3n, al bloqueo de la patronal y a las demoras en la Administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Desde <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">UGT <\/mark>seguiremos trabajando, empujando y exigiendo mejoras reales para las personas trabajadoras de Tragsatec.
