{"id":578,"date":"2026-05-22T09:40:08","date_gmt":"2026-05-22T08:40:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ugttec.es\/?p=578"},"modified":"2026-05-22T09:40:08","modified_gmt":"2026-05-22T08:40:08","slug":"17-de-mayo-dia-internacional-contra-la-lgtbifobia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ugttec.es\/index.php\/2026\/05\/22\/17-de-mayo-dia-internacional-contra-la-lgtbifobia\/","title":{"rendered":"17 DE MAYO: DIA INTERNACIONAL CONTRA LA LGTBIFOBIA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con motivo del Dia <strong>Internacional contra la LGTBIfobia<\/strong>, desde <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>UGT<\/strong> <\/mark>reafirmamos nuestro compromiso con la defensa de los derechos de las personas LGTBI+ y reclamamos a las empresas el&nbsp;<strong>cumplimiento efectivo de las obligaciones legales destinadas a garantizar entornos laborales seguros, inclusivos y libres de discriminaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">UGT<\/mark><\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>la diversidad y la igualdad no pueden quedarse en declaraciones institucionales o campa\u00f1as puntuales<\/strong>. Deben traducirse en medidas reales, negociadas y aplicadas en los centros de trabajo, incorpor\u00e1ndose de forma efectiva a los convenios colectivos, planes de igualdad y protocolos de prevenci\u00f3n frente al acoso y la violencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pesar de los avances sociales y legislativos,&nbsp;<strong>muchas personas LGTBI+ contin\u00faan sufriendo discriminaci\u00f3n, invisibilizaci\u00f3n, comentarios ofensivos, acoso o limitaciones en su desarrollo profesional<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>por raz\u00f3n de su orientaci\u00f3n sexual, identidad o expresi\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero.<\/strong>&nbsp;Estas situaciones siguen produci\u00e9ndose en numerosos sectores laborales y requieren una respuesta firme por parte de empresas e instituciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>UGT<\/strong> <\/mark>recordamos que la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2023-5366\">Ley 4\/2023<\/a> para la <strong>igualdad real y efectiva de las personas trans<\/strong> y para la garant\u00eda de los derechos de las personas LGTBI+,&nbsp;supuso un<strong> avance fundamental en la protecci\u00f3n de derechos,<\/strong>&nbsp;estableciendo la obligaci\u00f3n de impulsar medidas espec\u00edficas para prevenir la discriminaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2024-20402\">Real Decreto 1026\/2024<\/a><strong> marca un punto de inflexi\u00f3n <\/strong>al establecer la obligaci\u00f3n de negociar e implantar medidas planificadas que garanticen la igualdad real y efectiva del colectivo LGTBI+ en los centros de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este marco normativo&nbsp;<strong>obliga a las empresas a negociar <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Protocolos espec\u00edficos frente al acoso y la violencia LGTBIf\u00f3bica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establecer medidas de sensibilizaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantizar procedimientos de actuaci\u00f3n eficaces y<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promover entornos laborales respetuosos con la diversidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>UGT<\/strong> <\/mark>consideramos imprescindible que estas medidas&nbsp;<strong>no se limiten a un mero cumplimiento formal o documental. La negociaci\u00f3n colectiva debe desempe\u00f1ar un papel esencial para garantizar que los convenios colectivos incorporen cl\u00e1usulas concretas de protecci\u00f3n de los derechos LGTBI+<\/strong>, mecanismos eficaces frente a la discriminaci\u00f3n y protocolos claros de actuaci\u00f3n ante situaciones de acoso o violencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Las empresas tienen una responsabilidad directa en la creaci\u00f3n de espacios laborales seguros y libres de odio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No basta con reaccionar ante los conflictos; es necesario prevenir, sensibilizar y actuar de manera decidida frente a cualquier conducta discriminatoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La igualdad y la diversidad deben formar parte de la cultura empresarial y de las relaciones laborales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Garantizar los derechos de las personas LGTBI+ no es solo una obligaci\u00f3n legal, sino tambi\u00e9n un compromiso democr\u00e1tico y social irrenunciable.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En <strong>Tragsatec<\/strong>, con la firma del &nbsp;<strong>Acuerdo sobre medidas para integrar la Igualdad del Colectivo LGTBI<\/strong> en mayo de 2025, adquirimos el <strong>compromiso real<\/strong> de integrar la igualdad de las personas que componen el colectivo LGTBI y evitar que cualquier sea persona sea discriminada por su orientaci\u00f3n sexual o identidad de g\u00e9nero.
