Posibilidad de implantar oficinas en red.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-382478d3a7c808792de76d81254392ac\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Equipamientos inform\u00e1ticos para el personal en teletrabajo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2d0842e91969b4e46911adaac275a896 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>APLICACI\u00d3N DEL PERMISO DE LACTANCIA SEG\u00daN ACUERDO DE LA AUDIENCIA NACIONAL DEL CONVENIO DE INGENIER\u00cdAS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">&nbsp;En el mes de febrero de este a\u00f1o,<strong> <\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>UGT<\/strong> <\/mark><strong>impugnamos el XX Convenio Colectivo Nacional de Ingenier\u00eda, por la incorrecta acumulaci\u00f3n de las horas de lactancia <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fesmcugt.org\/sectores\/oficinas-y-seguros\/noticias\/actualidad\/en-el-convenio-de-ingenierias-oficinas-de-estudios-tecnicos-inspeccion-supervision-y-control-tecnico-y-de-calidad-los-dias-de-acumulacion-de-horas-de-lactancia-tambien-son-laborables\">(ver noticia en la web fesmcugt.org).<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Como consecuencia de nuestra impugnaci\u00f3n, <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>UGT<\/strong> <\/mark><strong>llegamos a un acuerdo con la patronal Tecniberia, que afecta al c\u00e1lculo de los d\u00edas de acumulaci\u00f3n de horas de lactancia<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fesmcugt.org\/sectores\/oficinas-y-seguros\/noticias\/actualidad\/ugt-acuerda-en-la-audiencia-nacional-con-tecniberia-los-dias-de-acumulacion-de-horas-de-lactancia-son-laborables\">ver noticia en la web fesmcugt.org<\/a> o en <a href=\"https:\/\/whatsapp.com\/channel\/0029Vb41KFyChq6V4F7cqU0n\">nuestro canal de WhatsApp<\/a>) reflejados en Convenio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Las condiciones de este acuerdo suponen una mejora del redactado clara del Convenio, pero tambi\u00e9n de lo regulado en la actualidad por el Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Direcci\u00f3n ha informado que bajo su criterio este asunto debe incluirse dentro de la negociaci\u00f3n de la actualizaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n, ya que se dan dos alternativas incompatibles, algo con lo que no estamos de acuerdo ya que <strong>consideramos que ambas opciones pueden coexistir<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Es perfectamente viable aplicar el c\u00e1lculo individualizado seg\u00fan lo establecido en el Acuerdo del CC de Ingenier\u00eda, que garantiza al menos 14 d\u00edas laborables de disfrute, permitiendo una ampliaci\u00f3n en su disfrute hasta los 12 meses del menor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f8efdff081d2a2289d545e2cfa8ec28a wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>CALENDARIO: CRITERIOS GENERALES PARA CALENDARIOS 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Desde <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">UGT<\/mark><\/strong>, y ante la proximidad de la negociaci\u00f3n de los calendarios laborales, hemos solicitado a la empresa que establezca unos<strong> criterios o pautas generales para todas las UTs<\/strong>.
