UNA DE CAL Y OTRA DE ARENA 18\/12\/2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-904c83b5e7609963164ae13b3e030de5 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;LA IMPLANTACI\u00d3N DE LA JORNADA DE 35 HORAS EN LA AGE ES INMINENTE\u2026&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8612cab9b2f08be2b686581951328898 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u00bfY EN TRAGSATEC \u00abP\u00c1 CU\u00c1NDO\u00bb?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Como os hemos comentado en otras ocasiones, Direcci\u00f3n siempre hace referencia a la AGE (Administraci\u00f3n General del estado)&nbsp; cuando hemos reclamado la reducci\u00f3n de jornada a 35 horas o la aprobaci\u00f3n definitiva de nuestro acuerdo de Teletrabajo.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Pues bien, <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>UGT <\/strong><\/mark>hemos conseguido que el Ministerio de Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, en la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguimiento del Acuerdo Marco para una Administraci\u00f3n del siglo XXI, eleve a la Mesa General la implantaci\u00f3n de la jornada laboral de 35 horas semanales para el personal de la AGE. Y la Administraci\u00f3n se compromete a ponerla en marcha entre febrero y marzo.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">En esa misma reuni\u00f3n se abord\u00f3 la regulaci\u00f3n del teletrabajo, otro tema que Direcci\u00f3n nos ha dicho que SEPI mantiene bloqueado a la espera del acuerdo en la AGE.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Adem\u00e1s, <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>UGT <\/strong><\/mark>hemos marcado como prioridad para una pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00f3n,&nbsp; la actualizaci\u00f3n e igualaci\u00f3n de las indemnizaciones por raz\u00f3n del servicio, recogido en el Real Decreto 462\/2002,&nbsp; referencia clave en nuestra negociaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n para aumentar el importe de las dietas, as\u00ed que cualquier avance suma.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Parece que a Direcci\u00f3n se le acaban las excusas para seguir aplazando estos asuntos\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Aunque todav\u00eda queda camino por recorrer y no sabemos c\u00f3mo se trasladar\u00e1n estos acuerdos a Empresas del Sector P\u00fablico como la nuestra, estos pasos van en la buena direcci\u00f3n y nos hacen pensar que las mejoras est\u00e1n cada vez m\u00e1s cerca en Tragsatec.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong> \u00a1A POR LAS 35 HORAS EN TRAGSATEC!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-92790b6e5988a8b5df4e1c5a5ca0b131 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Y MIENTRAS, EN LA NEGOCIACI\u00d3N DEL CONVENIO CON TECNIBERIA<\/strong>\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">La patronal vuelve a jugar a la m\u00ednima y al regate corto. Su propuesta econ\u00f3mica no est\u00e1 a la altura de una profesi\u00f3n que sostiene la innovaci\u00f3n, los proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos y el desarrollo del pa\u00eds. O hay avances reales, o nos van a encontrar en la calle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Ni un paso atr\u00e1s: dignidad salarial, jornada justa y derechos sindicales reales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:19px\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 propone la patronal? Migajas:<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\u2022&nbsp;Salarios 2025: mantener el salario m\u00e1s bajo en el SMI (SB + Plus Convenio).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\ud83d\udc49 Inaceptable para un sector con alta cualificaci\u00f3n y responsabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;Nivel 2: subida \u201cdoble\u201d respecto a 1, 3, 4 y 5\u2026 pero solo un 2% para estos \u00faltimos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\ud83d\udc49 Un \u201cabanico\u201d que perpet\u00faa brechas internas y agravios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\u2022&nbsp; 2026: 2,3% para 1, 3, 4 y 5, y doble para el 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\ud83d\udc49 Insuficiente frente al coste de la vida y la p\u00e9rdida acumulada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\u2022&nbsp; 2027-2028: IPC del a\u00f1o anterior con el mismo sistema de abanico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\ud83d\udc49 M\u00e1s de lo mismo: no garantiza poder adquisitivo ni corrige desigualdades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp; Dietas (siguen desactualizadas)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Alojamiento: 53 \u20ac (dieta completa)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Sin alojamiento: 32 \u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Sin pernocta: 14 \u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"> KM: 0,28 \u20ac\/km<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>UGT <\/strong><\/mark>lo tenemos claro: <strong>la retribuci\u00f3n flexible se negocia. La retribuci\u00f3n en especie no sustituye salario.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Nuestras l\u00edneas rojas<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">1.&nbsp;Salario base por encima del SMI en 2025 y 2026 para todos los niveles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">2. Garant\u00eda de poder adquisitivo: IPC real + cl\u00e1usula de revisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">3.&nbsp; Fin del \u201cabanico\u201d que genera desigualdad: estructura salarial equilibrada y transparente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">4.&nbsp;&nbsp;Dietas dignas y actualizadas a costes reales (alojamiento, manutenci\u00f3n, desplazamiento).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">5.&nbsp;&nbsp;Jornada: racionalizaci\u00f3n y l\u00edmites claros; compensaci\u00f3n efectiva de horas extra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">6.&nbsp; Derechos sindicales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">      Medios telem\u00e1ticos para la RLPT (comunicaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n real).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">     Cr\u00e9dito horario espec\u00edfico para planes de igualdad y negociaci\u00f3n colectiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">     Transparencia: documentaci\u00f3n suficiente y peri\u00f3dica m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del m\u00ednimo legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Plan de acci\u00f3n: pasamos a la ofensiva<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">El 22 de enero la patronal debe llegar con una propuesta seria y alineada con nuestras reivindicaciones. Si no hay avances concretos, no descartamos iniciar un&nbsp; calendario de movilizaciones (asambleas, concentraciones, paros\u2026) por supuesto, dentro del marco legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Mensaje claro a la patronal<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">La ingenier\u00eda y su Convenio no se rebaja. Nuestro conocimiento sostiene proyectos cr\u00edticos, responsabilidades t\u00e9cnicas y seguridad de personas y bienes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Exigimos reconocimiento en el convenio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">No aceptaremos un acuerdo que mantenga salarios al l\u00edmite, dietas desfasadas, jornadas abusivas y derechos sindicales recortados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong>Desde <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">UGT<\/mark> en Tragsatec lo tenemos claro.
